   • We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy on all products except panties.
   • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

   • Panties are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.

3. Proof of Purchase

   • A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided to process any return or exchange.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

   • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the claim.

Return and Exchange Process

1. Initiating a Return/Exchange

   • Provide your order number and a reason for the return or exchange.

2. Shipping Returns

   • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged.
   • Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

3. Refunds

   • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

• Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange.
