    • A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided to process any return or exchange.
  4. Defective or Damaged Products

    • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the claim.

    • Provide your order number and a reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Shipping Returns

  3. Refunds

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
